1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or subscribing to CuboidPilot ("Platform") and deploying the Cai AI Agent ("Cai"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Product Architecture & Service Definition

CuboidPilot is the unified customer engagement, helpdesk, CRM, and automation platform. Cai is an autonomous AI customer agent operating inside CuboidPilot or alongside supported helpdesks. Cai grounds answers in verified business documentation and initiates Human Action handoffs when consultative attention is warranted.

3. Subscription Tiers & 14-Day Free Trial

• 14-Day Cardless Free Trial: New workspaces begin with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required at signup. Trial expiration is calculated server-side based on workspace creation timestamp.
• Seat-Based Tiers: Essential, Advanced, and Expert tiers are billed on a per-seat basis with optional annual billing discounts.
• Outcome Billing Definition: Where “₹1 per outcome” applies, an outcome is strictly defined as an event in which Cai autonomously and successfully completes a business action (such as answering a customer query from verified documentation without escalation, capturing a qualified lead, scheduling a calendar appointment, or processing a payment interaction). Unresolved queries escalated to humans or standard greeting messages do not incur outcome charges.

4. Tenant Knowledge & Grounding Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of documentation, pricing sheets, and policies uploaded to your workspace. Cai is configured with a Strict Knowledge Grounding Protocol to provide answers solely from your verified content and escalate to human counselors when confidence or verified facts are absent.

5. Acceptable Use & Compliance

You agree not to use CuboidPilot or Cai to transmit deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful communications, or to violate Meta Cloud API terms for WhatsApp and Instagram. We reserve the right to suspend any workspace that violates these standards.
